Refunds for classes will be given to those who email a cancellation request to email@example.com prior to their course materials getting mailed and/or postage is paid, and/or digital materials are made accessible to the purchaser/student, whichever is soonest. Hard-cover course materials usually ship within 1-2 business days from date of purchase. Once the physical materials have been mailed and/or postage is paid (whichever is soonest), refunds are inapplicable. Course materials are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 business days. For courses that do not have hard-cover/hard-copy materials mailed (ex: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, etc) refunds are only issuable if course materials (ex: digital) have not yet been made accessible to the purchaser/student. Once course materials are accessible for the purchaser/student (the purchaser may or may not be the same as the student) then refunds are inapplicable.
